Gretchen, known as G-Force, has been practicing law for nearly 25 years, including two decades on the defense side, where she gained insight into insurance company operations. Now, she fiercely advocates for plaintiffs, exposing insurer wrongdoings.
Paralegal Angel Krois, aka MP or Moneypenny, has almost 20 years of experience and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She’s motivated by a genuine desire to serve others, ensuring every client is cared for, not just treated as another case file.
Additionally, frequent jury trial co-counsel Tim Grabe has represented plaintiffs since 1983. Appointed by the Oregon Supreme Court, Tim also serves as a pro tem judge in the Multnomah County Circuit Court, where he makes rulings on summary judgment motions, resulting in final binding decisions.
The team at Mandekor Law Firm loves their vibrant neighborhood, including the nearby International Rose Test Garden, which is just a few blocks from the office. As proud dog people, the team frequently walks together with their pups.

Gretchen and Angel first crossed paths when Gretchen was a rising star attorney in downtown Portland and Angel was a bright-eyed paralegal fresh out of school. Their instant connection and complementary skills quickly turned into an unstoppable partnership.
Over the years, they’ve developed an almost telepathic understanding of each other, an invaluable asset during trial. A mere glance from Gretchen is enough for Angel to know exactly what to do, executing tasks with the deft precision of a paralegal ninja.
